He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Martin; his sons, Steven Maynard (Fran) of Pulaski, NY, David Maynard (Caroline) of Hamlin, NY and Jeffrey Maynard (Jenifer) of Lyndonville, NY; his grandchildren, Steven (Rob), Nick, Billy, David Jr. Ryan, Cassie and Emma; and his siblings, Teresa Benson (Albert) of Spencerport, NY and Merry Iorio (Vince) of Medina, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
