He was predeceased by: his parent Homer Bayne; his sister Carol Bayne; his brothers-in-law, David Dack and Donald Bentley; and his nephew James Smith.
He is survived by: his parent Edna Bayne; his wife Robin Bayne; his son Zack Bayne; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Jean Bentley of Lyndonville, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
