She is survived by: her son Michael Kuhmann (Onnalee); her grandchildren, Jacob, Melanie Kuhmann and Heidi Kuhmann; her siblings, JoAnne McWilliams, Donald Requa (OkHui), Gerald Requa and Debbie Lang (Rick); her sisters-in-law, Geraldine and Mary Requa; and her friend Michelle Wiseman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
