He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowe and Julia Lowe; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Thomas, Jr. (Amanda) and Trixie Mae; and his siblings, William, John, Genevieve, Robert and Edward.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, Inc. (118 Union Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563). A Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's RC Church (1346 Broadway, Hewlett, NY 11557).
