He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nora; his children, Colleen, Thomas (Kathleen), Robert, Kathleen Yurick (John), Bernadette, Nora Breiner (Jerry), John (Christine), Elizabeth Amandro (Anthony) and Mary Jean Doheny (Andrew); his grandchildren, Emma Brown (Liam), Erica, Elizabeth, Megan, Kaitlyn, Catherine, Thomas, Noelle, Michael, Kristen, Avery, Andrew and Savannah; and his sibling Thomas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home, Inc. (34 Hempstead Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563, USA). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Raymond's R. C. Church (263 Atlantic Ave, East Rockaway, NY 11518). A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the St. Charles Cemetery (2015 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
