She was predeceased by: her husband Robert G. Becker, Sr.; and her parents, Margaret Howell and Eugene Howell. She is survived by: her children, Dana Della Rocca (James) of Lynbrook, Robert Gregory Becker, Jr. of Bloomingdale, OH, Elizabeth Gaudet (Jerry) of Lynbrook, Christopher Becker, Sr. (Cara) of Housatonic, MA, Matthew Becker, Sr. (Donna) of Hewlett, Kathleen Whitmer (Jeffrey) of San Jose, CA and Karen Hynes (John) of Malverne; her grandchildren, Danielle, Sarah, Isabelle, Luke Gaudet, Christopher, Jr., Liam, Caroline Becker, Madison, Isabella, Matthew, Jr., Juliana Becker, Genevieve, Dougray Whitmer and Aidan Hynes; and her sister Peggy. She is also survived by extended family, as she had twelve nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home, Inc. (34 Hempstead Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563, USA). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of Peace RC Church (25 Fowler Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood (111 Old Country Rd, Westbury, NY 11590).
