He was predeceased by: his brother John West; and his parents, James B. West and Lois Ramsey West. He is also survived by niece, cousins, and many friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (5457 Shady Ave, Lowville, NY 13367).
