He was predeceased by: his close friend Pamela Campany; his siblings, Warren B. Mellnitz and Carol Chapman; and his sister-in-law Nancy Mellnitz. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebekahanne Juby, Harriet Douberley and Abigaillyn (Nicholas LeClair); his grandchildren, Pamelanne, Jon, Pheabey, Sophia and Aidan; his siblings, Louise Whitford of Lowville, Larry Mellnitz of Glenfield, Gary Mellnitz (Lisa) of Lowville and Carl F. Mellnitz of Lowville; and his sister-in-law Barbara Mellnitz of Lowville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
