He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Beyer and Evelyn M. Petrie Beyer. He is survived by: his close friend Julie Hooper; his siblings, Martin J. (Shirley Beyer), Linda J. Jones of Lowville, Sandra E. (Robert Bacon), Donna M. Riley of Lowville, Jeannine B. (Kurt Munger), Sharon Jones and Glenn Beyer; and also, Clarence, Robert, Rebecca Camidge, Meredith and Joel Hooper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
