He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Eaves and Olive Lochbihler Eaves; and his siblings, Jack, Bob, Scott, Chuck, Jim, Virginia VanVleck, Betty June Geise and Hazel Jane Bohnert.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey June; his children, Tom Jr. (Nancy), Jerry, Judy Eaves (Dan Keefe), Mary (Doug Hanno), Donna (Paul Rice) and Jo-Anne (Steve O'Brien); and his parents-in-law, Marge, Herb Scott, Helen Brancato and Bob Law. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
