He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenneth Mooney (Pat), Gerald Mooney (Constance), Richard Mooney (Mona), Joseph Mooney, Vernon Mooney, Susie Houghton (Kent) and Mary Lou Wearne; and his parents, Jesse Mooney and Mildred Rocker Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Moore Mooney; his children, Theodore Mooney Jr. of Port Leyden and Lori Brown (Allen) of Constableville; his granddaughters, Marissa Brown of Sandy Creek and Meghan Brown of Constableville; his great grandchildren, Aubree Barker and Jameson Soule; his brother Keith Mooney (Nancy) of Fowlerville; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Mooney, Elizabeth Mooney and James Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc. (5702 Waters Rd, Lowville, NY 13367). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
