She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Zubrzycki and Katherine Zubrzycki (Wojnarowski); her husband Edward Samsa; and her siblings, Frances M. Butula (John), Janice C. Pelcher, Anthony Zubrzycki, Edward Zubrzycki (Joan), Louise A. Sweredoski (Thomas), Vogt (Leonard), Stanley Zubrzycki (Rose), Karl Zubrzycki and Caroline V. Williams (Gerald).
She is survived by: her children, Stanley E. Samsa (Marcia), Robert A. Samsa, Debra J. Toman (James) and Edward M. Samsa; her grandchildren, Ryan (Elizabeth), Matthew (Christie), Nickolas, Karalyn, Andrea (Casey), Chelsea, Chloe and Jack; her great grandchild Logan; and her sisters-in-law, Sophie Zubrzycki and Ruth Zubrzycki.
