She is survived by: her parents, Gertrude Cox and Howard Kellogg; her husband Clifford Stowell of Bowens Corners; her children, Karen Stowell of Lowville, Larry Stowell (Susan) of Marietta, GA and Dawn Stowell of Oswego; her grandsons, Aaron Stowell (Jennifer) and Adam Stowell (Gwynne); her great grandchildren, Brooke, Alexandra Ruth, Emily and Lana; and her brother Wayne Kellogg of Oswego.
