It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rooney W. Allen of Lowville, New York, born in Grethel, Kentucky, who passed away on May 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Norman Pink and John Allen; and her siblings, Curt, John, Bamie, Verdie, Richard, Sie and Kenneth.

She is survived by: her children, Judith, Robert, Sally, Norman, David and Jeannine; and her friend Mary Spence. She is also survived by grandchildren, (27) great-grandchildren, (3) great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
