He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Berrus; his daughters, Kimberly E. Sixberry (Randy) and Rebecca L. Field (Jason); his grandchildren, Kendall Field-Huey (Cody), Kelsey Sixberry, Bailey Field, Rory Sixberry and Brenna Field; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Hayes Huey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
