He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Joey Chapman (Theresa) of Carthage and Jackie Chapman (Albert Barbarito) of Lowville; his stepchildren, Jonathan Williams (Theresa) of Natural Bridge, Joanne Casey (John) of Ohio, Randy Way Jr. (Missy Ann) of Gouverneur and James Way of Gouverneur; and his siblings, Frank J. Chapman (Barbara) of Watson, Rose M. Empey of Croghan and Edward J. Chapman (Margaret) of Watson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
