He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Simpson; his grandson Jordan Davies; his parents, George Davies and Mildred Taylor Davies; and his former spouse Michaelene Wasicko.
He is survived by: his wife Frannie; his children, William Davies of Lowville, Jack Simpson of Lowville, Christine Bleck of Savannah, Georgia, Robert (Rita Davies), George (Lisa Davies), James (Ramona Davies), Dugan (Gail Davies) and Michael (Kelly Davies); his brother George Davies of Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Deb Bidwell, Sue Young (Ron), Lori Lyndaker (Bruce) and Larry Ouellette; and his former wife Frances Ouellette. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
