He was predeceased by: his stepfather John "Jack" Sandman; his siblings, John Sandman, Craig Williams and Dolores "Dee Dee" Lesio; and his father Richard Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Williams; his children, Shauna, Jeremy Vogt of Rochester, Heather and Mike Belknap of Hemlock; his grandchildren, Colby, Brayden, Ember and Orion; his stepbrother Michael Sandman (Dawn) of High Point, NC; his nephew Kyle Sandman; his niece Lauren Lesio; and his mother Dolores Lusardi Williams of Melbourne Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
