He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis F. Rice and Marie Rice (Sauer); and his brother Charles F. Rice. He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Jones; his children, Brian R. Rice (Laurie) of Yelm, WA, Michelle L. Smykla (Adam) of Lyons Falls, Sherry J. Drake (Jeff) and Thomas D. Rice of Beaver Falls; his stepdaughter Lisa A. Jeffers; and his brothers, Timothy B. Rice and Dennis M. Rice (Rae). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two step great grandsons.
