He is survived by: his son Christopher Foster of Lowville; his daughter-in-law Heather Foster of Lowville; his stepchildren, David Brashear, Marilyn Brashear of Ohio, Linda Applegate, Steve Applegate of Ohio and Frances Brashear of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Kylie Foster, Corey Foster and Elanie Foster; his siblings, Grovene Dorn of Lowville, Thelma Holbrook of Ohio, Ronald Foster of Lowville and Randy Foster of Malone; his parent Dorothy Edick Foster; and his spouse Vauda Atkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
