Phyllis E. Tiffany Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis E. Tiffany (Lowville, New York), born in Carthage, New York, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Meryl "Red" Tiffany; her parents, George W. Rohde and Marie A. Neddo Rohde; her son Douglas; her sisters, Frances King (Ronnie King, Sr.) and Georgiana Lane; and her brothers-in-law, John Brasie, David Bray and Robert Ray Tiffany.
She is survived by: her children, Donne Vawter of Lowville, Robert Tiffany of Lowville, Cheryl (Brian Kaufmann), Sue Houppert of Lowville and Shawn Tiffany of Lowville; and her sister Pat Brasie of Carthage. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
