He was predeceased by: his son Jody Ellis; his siblings, Mark, John, Duane Adams and Veronica Larkins; and his parents, Vernon H. Adams and Margaret Smith Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Paul T. Adams, Jr. (Laura) of Arcade, NY, Jeremy and Kira Adams of Virginia; his close friend Mary Akin of Lowville; his sister Monica Twombly of Croghan; and his sister-in-law Sara Adams of Glenfield. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
