He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arquitt and Marion Arquitt (White). He is survived by: his wife Patricia D. Arquitt of Lowville; his children, Amanda Arquitt of Herrings and Steven (Lori Arquitt) of Carthage; and his sister Joanne Spencer of West Carthage. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, and a niece and nephew.
