He was predeceased by: his parent Gladys Mae Lawton; and his close friend Meketa Rodgers. He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Branagan; his parent Gladys Pallagino of Black River; his siblings, Christine Filiatrault of Deferiet, Marshall Eliot of North Carolina and John Paradis of Ohio; his friends, Peter H. McLane, Jackie Houck, Kenny and Elaine Morrison; and also, Jerad Morrison and Milt.
