She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Smith of Watertown; her granddaughters, Trisha Smith, Tori Smith and Vallie Kenfield; her great grandchild Sage Paul Kenfield; and her siblings, Darlene VanAlstyne of Chaumont and David Slate of Alabama. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
