He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Acil Haggerty and Aletha Marjory Crouse Haggerty; and his siblings, Winfred W. Haggerty, Shirley A. Briot and Mary L. Lyndaker (Olin Lyndaker).
He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Haggerty (Ann) of Conover, NC, Jim Haggerty (Deanna) of Concord, NC and Patricia Wheeler (Paul) of Copenhagen; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Glenn (Tom) of Lowville and Thomas Briot of Croghan. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
