She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Shirley Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Gary D. Sullivan; her children, Cole (Caitlin Sullivan) of Carthage and Terra Sullivan of Carthage; her father Edward Tapke; her sisters, Susan (Jeff Carroll) of Copenhagen and Jaime (Mark Fagan) of Sackets Harbor; her father-in-law Charles Sullivan of Carthage; her brothers, Mike (Joyce Sullivan), Jeff (Darcie Sullivan), Kevin (Amy Sullivan) and Scott (Sandy Sullivan); and her mother Gloria Jean Hunter Tapke of Carthage. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.
