He was predeceased by: his stepson Trent Shaw; and his parents, Charles Peebles and Ardis Langley Peebles. He is survived by: his wife Mona Yousey; his children, Jason Peebles (Nicolette), Justin Peebles of Croghan and Alexis Peebles of Lyons Falls; his grandsons, Timothy Rheaume and Kevin James "Little Kevy" Peebles; and his sisters, Candace R. Bezek of Pen Yan and Cheryl Remillard (Tom) of Peru. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
