She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Karl D. Smithling, Jeanette A. Turner (Peter), Daryl E. Smithling (Shanny) and Rhonda S. Noftsier (Romeyn); and her siblings, Bruce Zehr (Karen) and Kathleen "Susie" Shambo. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
