It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce F. Pellam (Lowville, New York), who passed away on March 22, 2010, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Foote and Clara M. Foote (Clarke); her sister Leigh Legary; and her sister-in-law Donna Foote. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa P. Coy (Robert A.) of Sydenham; her grandson Jacob P. Coy (Marissa); and her siblings, Duane Foote (Tina), Paul Foote, Sharon DeLawyer and Frances Lehman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
