He was predeceased by: his daughter Rita Matulewicz Buckingham; his children-in-law, Debora Matulewicz and Philip Hills; and his parents, John A. Matulewicz and Teresa Konzal Matulewicz.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Jane Hills of Croghan, Andy Matulewicz (Cathy) of Penn Yann and Walter Matulewicz of Lowville; his son-in-law Greg Buckingham of Queensbury; his grandchildren, Casey Matulewicz, Courtney Matulewicz, Noah Buckingham, Jacob Buckingham and Luke Buckingham; his great grandchild Tucker John Allison; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie, Justin and Brittany; his sister Mary Kraeger (Albert) of Constableville; and his in-laws, Clem Bush (Wilma) and Bernard Bush (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
