With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan R. Manzer (Lowville, New York), who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Pete Misercola; her husband James F. Manzer; and her siblings, Barbara Reid, James Gordon and Bobby Gordon.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Misercola McCargar of Adams; and her grandson Steven McCargar of Watertown. She is also survived by four step-children; a great-grandson; several step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
