Jesse Emery Schantz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2023, at the age of 88, Jesse Emery Schantz (Lowville, New York), born in Carthage, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ridlespraker; his son David L. Schantz; his brother Lloyd Houghton Schantz; and his parents, Jesse D. Schantz and Emma Houghton Schantz.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas L. Schantz of Lowville and Gregory C.; his daughter-in-law Debra Schantz of Lowville; his grandchildren, Jerome R. (Shannon Schantz), Kyle D. Schantz and Caitlin J. (Justin Hirschey); his great grandchildren, James, Thomas Schantz, Ross and Macie Hirschey; and his sister Joan Schantz Freeman (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
