We bid farewell to Jeanette Wicks of Lowville, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 31, 2025 at the age of 85. Jeanette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Muir and Lucille Muir (Krentkowski); her stepmother Isabel Muir (Rice); her brother Richard Muir; and her brother-in-law Louis Pellegrino.
She is survived by: her husband Duane Wicks; her children, Michael Wicks (Julie) of Harrisville, Kathleen Corliss (Chuck) of Pittsfield, NH, Christopher "Chris" Wicks (Debi) of Theresa and Richard Wicks of Sunnyvale, CA; her grandchildren, Paige, Michaela, Colleen, Morgan, Natalie and Jonathan; and her sister Janice Pellegrino. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lundy Funeral Home (500 State St, Carthage, NY 13619). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
