She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Sharpstene and Leta Sharpstene (Spicer); her husband Delbert; and her siblings, Levi Sharpstene (Wendy), Arnold Benway (Faith) and Rosina Jessmar (Jim).
She is survived by: her sons, Randel (Dianne) of Parkers Prairie, MN, Jeffrey of Worthington, Kevin of Worthington and Bryan of Worthington; her grandchildren, Mitchell Brink, Matthew Brink (Alea) and Samantha Brink; her great grandchildren, Tabia, Iris, Thorin Brink and Ravyn Brink; her stepgreat-grandchild Audri; and her sister-in-law Esther Babcock of Monroe, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Benson Funeral Home (1225 Ryan's Rd, Worthington, MN 56187). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. Jean enjoyed volunteer work as a Cub Scout leader, with RSVP, and the hospital auxiliary.
