He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jay Russell and Mildred Russell; and his parent James A. Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Julie Beyer, Tony Beyer of Lowville, James P. Russell of Alexandria Bay, Lisa Bush, Michael Bush of Beaver Falls, Steven Russell and Elisabeth Russell of Leander, TX; his siblings, Joyce Cabral of Utica, Edward Russell of Lowville, Olive Champigney of Lowville, Rosiland Delles of Lowville, George Russell of Lowville, Joan Lawson and Michael Lawson of Enfield, CT; and his parent Leila Devine Russell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
