He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Kaban of Peter's Catholic Church; his grandson Andrew Rowsam; his brother John; his sister-in-law Shirley Rowsam; his sisters, Helen and Helena Rowsam; his siblings-in-law, Joan Rowsam and Bernard Ardison; and his parents, Lynn Rowsam and Grace Castle Rowsam.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl (Daryl Robbins), Gene (Laurie Rowsam), Laurie (Rick Defone) and Craig (Penny Rowsam); and his siblings, James Rowsam of Lowville, Loren Rowsam (Carlene) of Lowville, Bernice Ardison of Croghan and Jane Abel (Donald) of Anderson, S. C.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Iseneker Funeral Home, Inc. (5702 Waters Rd, Lowville, NY 13367). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lowville Fire Hall.
