He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond Spencer (Sally), Richard "Tony" Spencer, Glenn H. Spencer Sr., Carl Spencer and Doris Louise Spencer; his brothers-in-law, Richard Hill and Lloyd Olin; and his parents, Willard J. Spencer and Lillian Presley Spencer.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Dugger of Two Harbors, Minnesota; his siblings, Dorothy Olin of Glenfield, Stanley Spencer (Yvonne) of Lowville and Laura Hill of Lowville; and his siblings-in-law, David Gardner of Barnes Corners, Linda Spencer of Lowville and Marlene Spencer of Lowville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
