It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward M. Russell of Lowville, New York, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. and Leila M. Russell Sr. (Devine). He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Cabral of Utica, Olive Champigney of Lowville, Rosalind Delles of Lowville, Joan Lawson (Michael) of Cape Coral, FL and George Russell of Lowville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Legion Post # 162 or to a charity of one's choice.
