He is survived by: his wife Melissa Blanchard of Lowville; his sons, Edward Kevin Blanchard Jr. of Schenectady, Terrance Blanchard of Schenectady and Marcus Harris of Schenectady; his stepchildren, Andrew Hoffman of Port Leyden, Caleb Baxter of Lowville and Jeramiah Elliott of Port Leyden; his siblings, James Blanchard of Schenectady, William Blanchard of Schenectady, Timothy Blanchard of Schenectady, Joy Harris of Schenectady, Mary Blanchard of Schenectady and Kalesha Blanchard; and his parents-in-law, Edward, Dawn Zagurski of West Leyden and Henry Kraeger of Port Leyden. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
