She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Jantzi and Phyllis Diane Widrick Jantzi; her brother-in-law Ron Hayes; and her nephew Aaron G. Jantzi. She is survived by: her husband Ritchie J. Turck (Justice); her children, Rob West (Amanda Sullivan), Andrea (Greg Snyder) and Susie Sprowl (David Fleming); her stepsons, Corey Turck and Christopher Turck; her grandchildren, Alexis (Robbie Talbot), Jarad (Emily West), Zackery Snyder, Ashlee (Tyler Halladay), Hunter West, Ryan Sprowl, John (Brandylynn Snyder), Austin West and Calynn West; her great grandchildren, Aryel, Kaelynn, Jake, Rylee, Hudson, Cooper and Carson; and her siblings, Paul (Ruth Jantzi), Florence (Rick Breglia), Ellen (Barry Waite), Sundena (Lee Cobb), Peter (Roberta Jantzi), Trinda Hayes and Timothy (Kelly Jantzi). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
