He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Joan Morgan Robar; his siblings, Wanda Fisher, Pauline Seaman, Gloria "Linda" Oney, Edward "Chick" Robar, Charles "Mike" Robar and Jerry Joseph Robar; and his parents, Fredrick Robar and Lucille Dixson Robar.
He is survived by: his children, Rickey (Paula Morgan), Lori (Timothy Zehr Sr.), Diana (Dwayne Rhone), Donald Jr. (Lisa Robar) and Amber Kilmer of Lexington, NC; his children-in-law, Frederick "Hank" Robar (Barb Upton), Robert and Betsy Robar of Potsdam; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, 3 siblings.
Due to Covid, services will be held at a later date and he will be buried beside his beloved wife, Betty, in Stark Cemetery, South Colton, NY at the convenience of the family.
