It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Roy Jr. of Lowville, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Martin and Mark; his parents, Shirley Roy (Rhone) and Dennis John Roy, Sr.; and his aunts, Charlotte "Tiny" Gerow, Chocolate Lab and Sidney.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Smithling); his children, Joanna Allen (Brad) of Martinsburg, Dennis P. Roy (Eric Randolph) of Washington, DC and Matthew J. Roy (Amanda) of Springfield, VA; his grandchildren, Kendyl, Case and Bennett; and his siblings, Anthony Roy (Sue) of Lowville, Michele Gingerich (Ron) of Lowville and Melissa Bush (Mike) of Lowville. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
