He is survived by: his stepfather Gayle Perrigo Dain (Robert); his siblings, Marsha Barbarito, Tanya Ludwikowski, Eric Ellis and Zachary Dain; his aunts, Cindy Spaudling, Darlene Lambert (Cliff) and Fran Leip (Gary); and his uncle Wayne Perrigo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Face coverings, social distancing and contact tracing will be required.
