She is survived by: her mother Mary Smith (Caplicki); her daughters, Tammy M. Allen (Stephan) and Rebeka A. Caplicki; her grandchildren, Chantelle, Tristain, Liam, Ariana, Annabella, Macayle and Lily; and her siblings, Timothy Akin (Sherry) and Lisa Moser (Joshua). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
