We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2023, at the age of 94, Carol B. Miller (Lowville, New York), born in Oneonta, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her cousin Carol; her parents, Lester Banner and Lura R. Banner; her husband Dr. John S. Miller; her brother L. William; and her sister-in-law Shirley A. Banner.
She is survived by: her children, Merrell, Jonathan W. Miller, Melinda W. Miller, Colton and Ellen P. Miller (Richard Reed); her great grandchild Connor C. Widrick; her nieces, Nancy Banner, Susan Banner Greer, Lucinda Miller, Elizabeth Perry and Margaret Tiernan; her nephew Christopher Miller; and her caregivers, Charlotte, Hollee, Gloria, Brenda and Lisa. She is also survived by cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in the name of Carol B. Miller to Lewis County Hospice, the Constable Hall Association or the Lewis County Historical Society.
