She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Anna Mellnitz Sr. (Woolschlager); her daughter Lori Campbell; her brother Warren Mellnitz; and her daughter-in-law Tina Chapman.
She is survived by: her former husband Roger Chapman; her son Joey H. Chapman (Theresa Windover) of Carthage; her siblings, Louise Whitford of Chaumont, Walter Mellnitz Jr. of Black River, Gary Mellnitz (Lisa) of Lowville, Larry Mellnitz (Nancy) of Watson and Carl Mellnitz of Lowville; her sister-in-law Barbara Mellnitz of Lowville; her pet Sonya; and also, Geraldine, Howard Chapman and N. Y.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
