He is survived by: his wife Kristi Best-Spencer; his sisters, Lisa (Ken Thomas), Connie (Mike Hirschey) and Jennifer Christman of Lowville; his mother-in-law Brenda Best of Deer River; and his brother-in-law Brian (Rebecca Best).
