He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Kellogg and Viola Mary Kellogg (Rudd); his grandson Jody Makuch; and his siblings, Loretta Hill, Shirley Joslin (Charles), Beverly Kinel (Walter), Lloyd, Russell E., Richard (Colleen), Harold "Spike" and Charles Kellogg.
He is survived by: his daughter Alison Kellogg; his grandsons, Cody Kellogg (Chantal) and Hunter Lord (Brianna); his stepsons, Joseph Makuch (Karen) and Stephen Makuch (Carla); his grandsons, Matthew (Sara), Mitchell (Christine), Bryan and Dustin Makuch (Kate); his great grandchildren, Bentley, Drew, Jared, Jordyn, Ethan, Carter, Parker, Cameron, Alex, Ashleigh, Gabrielle, Hudson, Spencer, Kaylee, Makenna and Brielle; his great great grandchild Mia; his brother Ervin E. Kellogg (Chris); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Kellogg of Dickinson, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
