She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford J. Bailey and Eleanor E. Bailey (Zehr); her sister Barbara L. Andre'; and her brother-in-law John M. Vance. She is survived by: her husband John George Csizmar; her children, Michelle L. LaPrade (Carlton) and Michael J. Csizmar; her granddaughter Ashley R. LaPrade (Joey Barakat); her siblings, Frank C. Bailey (Leslie), Gene C. Bailey (Cindy), Suzanne G. Bailey, Melody L. Vance and Laurie Millard (Jerry); her brother-in-law Randy "Jim" Andre; and her uncle Vernon (Cheryl Bailey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
